This site is designed to help visitors contact NGI about freight brokerage services. It is not a shipment contract, rate confirmation, carrier agreement, or legal advice.

Nadalini Global, Inc. respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal and business data you share with us. This policy explains how NGI collects, uses, and protects information submitted through the website, intake forms, and logistics-service inquiries.
NGI collects information you choose to send through website intake forms and communications, including name, email, phone, company details, carrier identifiers such as MC# or DOT#, shipping/load details, and limited website/device data needed for security and site operation.
NGI uses submitted information to vet and qualify carriers and partners, provide quotes, coordinate freight, filter qualified opportunities, help prevent fraud, keep systems secure, and maintain accurate business records.
NGI does not sell your information or send it to random marketing lists. Information is shared only when needed to coordinate shipments, support operations, comply with law, or protect NGI's rights and business.
Access to full onboarding packets and internal documents is restricted to vetted leads to prevent unauthorized use by competitors or unauthorized entities. Secure-area login credentials must be kept confidential.
NGI may use basic cookies and technical tools for security, session settings, performance, and proper website operation. Disabling cookies may affect parts of the site, including forms.
LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversion API, or similar tools must not be activated until NGI approves the vendor configuration, privacy notice, consent handling, and data-sharing controls. Tracking must never expose Vault documents, Tax IDs, banking details, government IDs, or confidential shipment records.
Schema.org, Open Graph tags, UTM capture, and public blog/CMS content must stay limited to Lobby-safe information and must not expose Vault endpoints, lead records, pricing logic, manuals, or protected documents.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access to data NGI holds about you, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion subject to applicable freight-broker recordkeeping requirements.
Terms of Use
Website content and form submissions are preliminary only. A shipment is not accepted, arranged, or covered by any rate, insurance, carrier assignment, pickup commitment, delivery commitment, payment term, or special service term unless NGI confirms the arrangement in writing through appropriate business documents.
Every website form now requires users to confirm: "I agree to the NGI Privacy Policy and Terms of Use." Form submission is blocked until the checkbox is selected.
All quotes, rates, transit times, and delivery windows are good-faith estimates only unless and until confirmed in writing by NGI in a formal load confirmation or other written agreement.
Shippers, agents, employees, carriers, and portal users remain subject to NGI's internal vetting, compliance, security, and approval standards.
English is the official language of this website. Automated translations are provided for convenience. NGI publishes a Digital Accessibility statement and should review keyboard access, readable contrast, form labels, alt text, PDFs, and assistive technology support before launch.
NGI website language, phrasing, page structure, service descriptions, headlines, taglines, and creative brokerage workflow content are proprietary to Nadalini Global, Inc. Unauthorized copying, imitation, AI-assisted replication, scraping, or competitor use is prohibited and monitored.
